Questions
How long does the review process take?+
Our team reviews each submission within 3–5 business days. For high-value or complex pieces, we may request additional photos or documentation before making a final offer.
What if you decline my piece?+
We always respond — even if we pass. You'll receive a clear message with the reason. We never ghost. If the timing isn't right, we may revisit in a future intake cycle.
How is the offer price determined?+
Offers are based on current resale market data, the item's condition, brand demand, and comparable recent sales. We aim for a fair price that reflects what the market will actually pay.
Do I need to send my item before an offer?+
No. Our initial offer is made based on photos and your description. Physical authentication only happens after you accept the offer, at which point we arrange pickup or drop-off.
How and when do I get paid?+
Payment is processed within 48 hours of final in-person authentication. We pay by e-transfer or cheque — your preference.
